From the San Diego International Airport, take Interstate 5 to the international border at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
From the international border, at San Ysidro, follow the signs leading to the Ensenada Scenic Road, and travel west about seven miles. Rather than turning south toward Ensenada as you see the Pacific Ocean, take the "Playas" (Beach) exit. Continue straight, and turn right at the second traffic light. The Center for Biological Dentistry is a yellow building, the second building after you turn right on Calle Cantera. The building number is 680.
