Preparations Prior To Treatment 1. Biocompatibility Exam. Prior to treatment, Dr. Lagos requests that his patients have a biocompatibility exam performed in order to choose the dental materials that are safest or least offensive to the patient's immune system. One or two weeks prior to dental revision, Dr. Lagos suggests that patients begin taking oral vitamin C, minerals, and digestive enzymes. Please contact Dr. Lagos for additional information about these supplements. 3. Signed Informed Consent. Please call our office to have this form sent to you via mail, e-mail, or fax. Take time to read it, and bring it to your first appointment. 4. X-Rays. Please send us any previous x-rays in order to design the best treatment plan. Payment Method Payment is due prior to treatment in the form of cash, travelers cheques, and cashiers checks. Please make cashiers check payable to Dr. Ezekiel N. Lagos. From the international border, at San Ysidro, follow the signs leading the Ensenada Scenic Road, and travel west about seven miles. Rather than turning south toward Ensenada as you see the Pacific Ocean, take the "Playas" (Beach) exit. Continue straight, and turn right at the second traffic light. The Center for Biological Dentistry is a yellow building, the second building after you turn right on Calle Cantera. The building number is 680. Shuttle Service A shuttle service is available from the San Diego International Airport, from the international border, or from any hotel where you may be staying.
